How are AI solutions priced?
Every engagement is quoted individually after a discovery call, based on scope, integrations and ongoing tuning. You get a fixed quote within five business days. Hosting, API and tuning costs are quoted separately and transparently.
How is this different from ChatGPT or a generic chatbot?
Generic chatbots know the public internet, not your business. Our systems use RAG, so answers come only from your verified content, in your brand voice, integrated with your tools.
Will the AI make things up?
That is the core design decision we avoid. Every answer is grounded in your content. If the agent does not know, it says so and escalates to a human. It never invents pricing, features or claims.
How long does it take to deploy?
Typically 4 to 8 weeks. A focused AI concierge takes 4 to 5 weeks; multi-system AI with CRM integration takes 6 to 10; enterprise builds take 8 to 14.
Which models do you use?
We are model-agnostic: Claude for nuanced voice and complex reasoning, GPT models for broad capability, and open-source models like Llama or Mistral when self-hosting matters.
What about data privacy and GDPR?
Foundational, not optional: encrypted data flows, GDPR-compliant retention, opt-outs, audit logging and EU hosting where required. Regulated industries can self-host so data never leaves their infrastructure.
