Mobile app development · iOS & Android
One team. Both stores.
Mobile app development for iOS and Android with React Native: the app, the backend and the admin dashboard behind it, built by one team and shipped to the App Store and Google Play.

Our approach
Cross-platform, without the compromises.
We build with React Native and Expo: one codebase that runs as a real native app on iPhone and Android. You get both platforms for close to the effort of one, and updates ship to both at once.
| Cross-platform (React Native) | Two native apps | |
|---|---|---|
| Codebase | One, shared by iOS and Android | Two, built and maintained separately |
| Time to launch both platforms | Shorter | Longer |
| Cost to build and maintain | Lower | Higher |
| Native look and performance | Native UI components, fast for most apps | Full control, best for heavy graphics |
| Device features | Camera, location, push, payments, biometrics and more | Everything, on day one |
| Best for | Most business, booking, marketplace and service apps | Games, AR and very specialised hardware apps |
If your app truly needs fully native code, for example heavy 3D or specialised hardware, we will tell you on the first call.
What we build
An app is never just an app.
Behind every good app is a system: the data, the people who manage it and the services it talks to. We build all of it, so nothing is lost between teams.
- 01
The app
iOS and Android from one React Native codebase, with offline support where users need it.
- 02
Backend and API
Accounts, data, business logic and integrations, secured and built to grow.
- 03
Admin dashboard
A web dashboard for your team to manage users, content, bookings and payments.
- 04
Integrations
Payments, maps, calendars, CRMs and messaging, connected to the tools you use.
- 05
Push notifications
Reminders and updates that bring users back, with settings they control.
- 06
Analytics and crash reports
What users do and what breaks, so we fix problems before reviews do.
How it works
From idea to the App Store.
Weeks 1 to 2
Discovery and scope
We define the first version: the users, the core flows, the integrations and what can wait for version two.
You get
A written scope, a technical plan and a fixed quote for the first release.
Weeks 2 to 6
Design
Flows, wireframes and UI for every screen, tested on a prototype before we write production code.
You get
A tested design for iOS and Android.
From week 4
Build in sprints
We build in two-week sprints. After each one you install the latest version on your own phone and give feedback.
You get
A working app on your phone every two weeks, not a big reveal at the end.
Before launch
Testing and beta
Automated and manual testing on real devices, then a private beta through TestFlight and Google Play testing tracks.
You get
Real feedback from real users before the public launch.
Launch
Store launch
We prepare the store listings, screenshots and privacy details, and handle Apple and Google review.
You get
Your app live on the App Store and Google Play, in your own developer accounts.
After launch
Support and growth
Monitoring, fixes, OS updates and new features, planned from what users actually do.
You get
An app that keeps working as iOS and Android change every year.
Always yours
No lock-in, ever.
- The source code is yours
- The app is published in your own Apple and Google developer accounts
- Backend, data and hosting accounts are in your name
- Documentation so any team can continue the work
Shaped around your stage
- 01
First version
A focused MVP for iOS and Android with the backend it needs, built to launch, learn and grow.
- 02
Take over an existing app
We audit the code you have, fix what is fragile and keep shipping, or plan a clean rebuild when that is cheaper.
- 03
Ongoing development
A steady team for new features, OS updates and improvements, planned every month from what users do.
Starting from an idea?
Good apps start with good design. Our UI/UX team designs and tests the app before we write production code.
FAQ
Good questions.
How much does it cost to build a mobile app?
It depends on the features, the number of user roles, the integrations and whether you need a backend and an admin dashboard. After a short discovery call we send a fixed quote for the first release, with exactly what is included.
Do you build native or cross-platform apps?
We build with React Native and Expo, which produces real native apps for iOS and Android from one codebase. It suits most business, booking, marketplace and service apps. If your app needs fully native code, we will say so.
How long does it take to build an app?
A focused first version usually takes a few months from discovery to store launch, depending on scope. You get a working build on your phone every two weeks, so you see progress from early on.
Who owns the app and the code?
You do. The code, the store listings and the backend accounts are yours. We publish the app in your own Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts.
What do the App Store and Google Play cost?
Apple charges an annual fee for the Apple Developer Program, and Google charges a one-time registration fee for a Google Play developer account. Both stores also take a commission on in-app purchases and subscriptions. We help you set up both accounts.
Do you also build the backend and admin panel?
Yes. Most apps need a backend for accounts and data and a web dashboard for your team. We build the app, the API and the dashboard together, so they fit.
Do you maintain the app after launch?
Yes. Apple and Google release new OS versions every year, and apps need updates to keep working well. We offer ongoing support for fixes, updates and new features.
