Our client sends doctors, nurses and ambulances to patients' homes, around the clock. Every visit touches a lot of people: the hotline that takes the call, the doctor on the road, the medical directors who review the care, the finance team that bills the patient or their insurer, and the patient waiting for help.

Until now, almost all of it ran on paper: bookings written down, consultations filled in by hand, invoices and insurance forms put together after the visit, and handovers passed on from one doctor to the next. Paper slowed every step down and made mistakes easy.

The brief was to take the whole service digital in one system. We built the complete platform: the operations dashboard with an AI assistant built in, a financial dashboard, the doctor app for iOS and Android, and the backend that connects them in real time, working on the road even with a weak signal.
