Refund Policy for Digital Products
At FRAXBIT DIGITAL S.R.L., we take pride in delivering high-quality digital products
and services. Because of the nature of digital goods (which can be accessed or
downloaded immediately upon purchase), we maintain a strict no-refund policy in
most cases. We believe in transparency about this policy, and we make it clear to
customers prior to the completion of any transaction.
Our catalog includes digital products such as software, e-books, digital downloads,
templates, and other cloud-based or downloadable content. Each digital product is
designed for immediate delivery and use upon purchase.
Once delivered (via download or online access), digital products are considered
used or consumable. For this reason, we generally cannot accept returns or offer
refunds. In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you expressly acknowledge
that once digital content delivery has begun with your consent, you waive the
statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Except as expressly outlined below, all sales of digital products and services
are final. We do not issue refunds once an order has been confirmed and the
product has been delivered.
We strongly encourage you to review all product information, technical requirements,
and available descriptions before making a purchase. If you have questions prior
to purchase, our team is available at
contact@fraxbit.com.
Exceptions – When a Refund May Be Considered
Although our standard policy is to not offer refunds, we recognize that exceptional
situations may arise. Refunds may be considered in the following limited cases:
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same digital
product more than once, please contact us. Upon verification, the duplicate
charge will be refunded.
- Access or Delivery Issues: If a technical issue prevents access to
the purchased product and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable
timeframe, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
All exception requests must be submitted in writing to
contact@fraxbit.com and must include
relevant order details and a clear description of the issue.
All refund exception requests are evaluated individually. FRAXBIT DIGITAL S.R.L.
reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion.
Policy on Chargebacks
We strongly advise customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback
with their bank or payment provider. Chargebacks are complex and time-consuming
processes for all parties involved.
If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication and the transaction
was properly authorized and fulfilled, we reserve the right to dispute the
chargeback and provide supporting evidence to the payment processor.
Direct communication with our support team is always the fastest and most effective
way to resolve payment-related concerns.
By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood,
and agreed to this Refund Policy.
