01 How it works

   Register and get your code

   Fill in the form at the bottom of this page. Your personal referral code appears on screen immediately and is also sent to your email address.

2. 2

   Share the code

   Give your code to anyone who might need our services, or send us their name and contact details together with your code. The code is what links the project to you.

3. 3

   The project starts

   We handle the discussion, the offer and the contract as usual. You do not need to be involved in the negotiation, and you are never responsible for the client's obligations.

4. 4

   You get paid

   Once your commission becomes due, you issue an invoice and we pay it on the 15th of the month.

03 When and how you get paid

Commission is paid on the 15th of every month. Everything that became due since the previous payout is settled on that date; if the 15th falls on a weekend or a public holiday, payment is made on the next working day. When a commission becomes due depends on how the project is billed:

• Commission is calculated on the net project value — excluding VAT and excluding any costs re-invoiced at cost, such as licences, hosting, stock photography or paid advertising budgets.
• Payment is made by bank transfer, against your invoice, in the currency agreed in writing.
• Your invoice must reach us at least 5 working days before the 15th to be included in that month's payout. Anything later goes into the following month.
• You are responsible for your own taxes and contributions on the amounts you receive.

05 Rules and eligibility

• The code must be mentioned before or at the first contact between us and the client. A referral cannot be claimed after discussions have already started or after an offer has been sent.
• If the client is already in our pipeline or is an existing client, the referral does not qualify. Where two people claim the same client, the first registered claim wins.
• No self-referrals. You cannot use your own code for your own company, or for a company you own or control.
• You may not present yourself as an employee, agent or official representative of FRAXBIT DIGITAL SRL, make promises about price, scope or deadlines on our behalf, or sign anything in our name.
• No spam, no misleading advertising, no paid ads using our brand name, and no publishing your code on coupon or discount sites.
• If a project is cancelled or the client is refunded, the related commission is cancelled. If it was already paid, it is deducted from your next commission or, where none follows, recovered by credit note.
• We may remove a referrer from the program if these rules are broken. Commission already earned in good faith remains payable.

06 Your data

We store your name, email address and, where provided, your phone number and company, for one purpose only: running this program — generating your code, linking referred clients to you and paying your commission. Your data is not sold and not shared for marketing purposes. You can ask us to correct or delete it at any time at contact@fraxbit.com. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

07 Changes to the program

We may update these conditions or the commission rate at any time. Changes apply only to referrals registered after the update — anything already registered keeps the terms it was signed up under. The version in force is the one published on this page.
